USB Blaster in Linux Peppermint 64bit

Hello:

I try to connect Cyclone IV board with USB Blaster cable on Linux Peppermint 6 (Ubuntu 64b based), the Quartus II 15.1 tell me that the USB connect in port [1-2] but when i try to start programming its fail !

could you please help me?
