Question

uC/GUI, an embedded graphical user interface has been ported to the Altera NIOS II Soft Core processor and the Lancelot VGA controller.

Details of uC/GUI are available from www.micrium.com and the specifics about the port on www.micrium.com/nios-ii

In fact, we included an executable that you can load onto the Flash of an Altera NIOS II development Kit and run the demo.
