The eclipse-nios2 won't start on Quartus II Lite Version 19.1

I reinstalled Java, Eclipse and then Quartus but still in my Windows computer the Eclipse-nios II wont start. I even reset my Windows PC and reinstalled everything again.

    After following all the installation steps, the problem with not starting Eclipse-nios II from Quartus was also solved.
