Support of Nios II flash programmer for SPI Flash

EPCS serial flash is SPI flash. You can even replace the EPCS flash with certain non Altera SPI flash parts and everything still works and some of the Atlera tools may still indicate it detects the flash as EPCS flash.

For example, I have used the Numonyx M25P64 in place of the EPCS64 with no problems. If you search the forums you can find reports of other examples working (or not working) in place of the EPCS flash parts.
