is v3.10LTSIthe kernel that is latest now i read is in 4.0, do you think i should just migrate to use the latest one? not sure if this is tested on Arria V
Recommend to follow what was tested for 3.10 as that would be most stable copy. You see from v4.0 to v3.10 there were more than 500 commits. And this is hard to ensure the stability in system level.
I tried using 4.0 . It able to boot up correctly. ...
The boot up correctly only show there is no breach during the initialization stage. It take more test than than to confirm a kernel compatibility and stability. .
