Simple Socket Server realization in Stratix IIGX chip on board without external RAM

Dear all !

my own system consist of Stratix II GX chip, flash memory, IDT FIFO and Marvel 10/100/1000 Ethernet PHY interface.Can i build Socket server application with Nios if my system have not external RAM (DDR, SRAM e.t.c.)?? I have create sopc sistem with CPU, TSE, SGDMA, memory descriptor, and on chip mem. witch used as cpu mem, but Nios give error, that i have a small memory size (256k)
