Serial Communication Error!..

Hi everbody.

I am trying to read data from my accelerometer sensor. I used four pins of Expansion Header of DE2-70 board to communicate with sensor. I identified uart on SOPC Builder and pins of uart connected to Expansion Header pins.

Four pins; two of them used for Vcc and Gnd and the others are used for Tx and Rx. Output of sensor is 12 bits digital data. Link of my sensor given below;

i read sensor with pic and trying get data from pic to FPGA. pic sends 16 bits data but how can read them i am taking datas but they are wrong. Could you help me? :cry:
