Saving a project to on board flash memory to boot on start up

Hi guys, im very new to this but learning.

Im have a project that works fine, but upon switching the board (DEO-Nano) off the program obviously disappears. I was told i can use the on board memory to save it there and upon powering up the board it will run.

Can someone please explain how is it done, i can seem to find anything useful online :/
