remote update doesn't work fine

Hey everyone! I want to load new configuration from the flash into the FPGA, not with the regular mega function but with a program running on the nios processor, so I used QSYS to build system that include the nios, flash controller and the remote update IP. At the beginning I run the program on a cyclone device and everything run perfect. Afterwards I wanted to do it on the arria3 device. I updated the remote update IP to fit the new device, but then it didn’t work. Is someone have any idea why is isn’t working?
