remote update documentation

Where can I find explanation about the remote update ip when using it with the nios2 processor?

    Do you want to know:

    1) How to write to the epcs/epcq?

    2) How to reset the fpga and get it to read from other than epcs/q offset 0?

    2) How to boot the nios from different epcq addresses?

    None of the options you mentioned :)

    I want to load new configuration from the flash into the fpga, but not with the regular mega function but with a program running on the nios processor, so i used Qsys to build system that include the nios and the remote update ip, but I couldn't fount documents that explain about this ip. (I did found the regular mega wizard documentations which also explain about using the ip with the nios, but it very shot explanation. I hope to find more detailed explanation which includes also how to build a program to this ip and so on...
