Reading the SD Card on DE2-70

We used the "Control Panel" which was in the CD but we could not read SD card.

What we did was we inserted SD card and then ran the "SD Card Audio" demo (name might be wrong), the program in Nios II could not finish step of initializing the SD card.

Would be grateful if someone could help me regarding this.
