Q9.1 SP2 problem with flash program

I found that i can program the ELF and SOF with NOISii flash-programmer in my EP3C5 board. and it can led on. But , when i use EP2C5 board, it can not led on with programming successful. I kno...

If unchecking the "Generate compressed bitstreams" option does not help, you should then downgrade back to 9.1 SP1.

I've reported this problem to Altera Support one month ago and their reply was "I am very sorry to hear that it is broken again. I have contacted the team who created the fix and asked them to get back to us urgently. I will get back to you as soon as I hear from them"

But I haven't heard anything from Altera Support yet ...
