Problem with Nios II EDS 9.1 when build a software project

I got the following error when tried to build a simple hello world project using EDS 9.1:

Error launching external scanner info generator (gcc -E -P -v -dD C:/Documents and Settings/olive/workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.cdt.make.core/specs.c) DE4_PowerMeasure -1 C/C++ Problem

Does anyone know what's the problem about?
