porting uCOS-II to ALTERA UP3 educational kit

hi all, is it possible to port uCOS-II to ALTERA UP3 Educational kit. It has EP1C60240C8 chip

which version of NIOS-II IDE you're using..I could not do this with NIOS-II v10. But with NIOS-II v 7.1 I could do this..

here they have done with DE2..but following the instruction i could do it with UP3
