Eclipse that you installed is version 4.5.2 should be supported by RHEL 7. As RHEL 7 support Eclipse until version 4.7.0. May check out this link https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_developer_tools/1.0/html/using_eclipse/eclipse_4_7_0
May be you can try to reinstall again and see.
