NIOS2EDS 9.1 SP1 Only thinks local apps

OK, I re-installed NIOS2EDS 9.1 and the SP1. Now my IDE doesnt know anything about NIOSII Hardware! Thinks my project is a local (windows app). I only start a project ever 2 years or so, so I forget the subtleties. The BSP is part of the project, but what am I doing wrong?
