Hi,

I think that components that are necessary to run uclinux with MMU are:

1-CPU

2-OnChip_Memory

3-Sdram

4-Timer

5-Jtag_Uart

Once you have compiled the project follow the second link you have posted of nioswiki, it's very well explained I think.
