nios2-linux distribution for kernel above 4.0

Hi,

I am looking for newer nios2-linux distribution for linux kernel above 4.0. I have found nios2-linux source on github for kernel 4.1, But it is not enough to build. I have researched through lots of links, but unable to find it. I have gone through altera wiki as well, but all i am getting is below link

which points to older distribution released on 2012.

Any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks.
