NIOS II Gen2 License

Hi,

No license is needed for using NIOS tool but you must have a license to the Nios II IP core or a development kit to generate an FPGA programming file and flash programming files.

However, you do need a license for NIOS ll/f and IP will be in floating if you are using floating license:
