Nios II CFI Flash programmer problem

Hi,

I am doing my first Nios II tutorial from you tube, which is LED blink in QuartusII V. 7.2 on DE2-70 ,Cyclone II EP2C70 FPGA. Developed Nios II system with SOPC buider and able to see the LED blinking on the board. But when i added Cfi_flash memory to the SOPC and trying to run Niosii as hardware , i am getting an error :

program failed at offset 1F. Leaving target processor paused.

What might be the problem and how do i eliminate this error.

Cfi_flash memory address is 0x00800000

What is the address bus width for cfi_flash 22 or 23?
