msgdma error with tri speed ethernet& nios2

Hi Dear intel team,

i am working with tri speed ethernet ,i upgraded from SGDMA-implementation to using mSGDMA.but ,i am getting some errors .could anyone help me to resolve the issue , i am sharing connection image of my qsys platform designer with with mSGDMA and tse ip . i have structed with issue from couple of days .could any one share any document using trispeed ethernet using msgdma. please do not tell version upgrade.
