lunching new configuration issue

Question

Hi dear intel team,

while working with nios2 eclipse work space  ,i am getting one more issue ,the getting error as shown below :
 
Using cable "USB-Blaster [USB-0]", device 1, instance 0x00Pausing target processor: OKInitializing CPU cache (if present)OKDownloading 00002000 ( 0%)Downloading 0000250C (81%)Downloaded 2KB in 0.0s        Verifying 00002000 ( 0%)Verifying 0000250C (81%)Verified OK                        Leaving target processor paused
 
  if the issue due reset issue  i am controlling the reset also(keeping it high 1'b1) ,but still i am getting same  error ,let me  give some support to clear  this issue ,i am struggling  from a long time

i am using quartus prime lite edition 20.1 (free edition ) in windows 10  operating system .i am sharing my log let me know the issue .

      i am sharing complete project ,the project has developed in quartus prime  lite edition 20.1(free edition) ,let me know what is the issue
