Linear CCD data processing

Hello,

I am developing a system using linear CCD TSL1401L.

I used TLC5510 ADC to conert the CCD anaolog output and send the data to FPGA board DE0-Nano with EP4CE22 on it.

I wonder if there's any good way to get the data to my NIOS processor RAM?

A DMA or FIFO shall be used?
