License issue for ARM DS-5

Hi,

ARM-DS5 License issue.

I had updated the license according to the "ug_soc_eds.pdf". But a Flexnet license error is thrown.

Could you please guide in solving the issue.

    Are you using remote desktop? The flexlm error indicates that it seems like remote desktop is not supported for fixed arm-ds5 license. Not sure about this but maybe you can check with ARM license team.

    you will get direct license related support from arm technical service team

    so already got any positive answer from the service ticket to silver arm?
