you can copy the url only from the page tab 2.http://releases.rocketboards.org/release/2015.10/gsrd/bin/ and you can go to search the folder directly. and download the linux-socfpga-gsrd-15.1-cv-bin.tar.gz, you can get the sd card image file with the name called sdimage.img after you extract teh sdimage.tar (2gb), i am using winzip here.Honored ContributorThanks for the guide, i got it already, i notice there is another version of ghrd in the installation folder. Honored Contributornot really the same, as the cyclone and arria is sharing the same folder. that SD card image mainly is for the power up purpose only with out the FGPA rbf config file.

Honored ContributorNote the the image file in the Altera folder, may not able to power up correctly the FGPA side , that is just for trying out sd card MMC power up.
