Freq NIOS2 that needs nios2 to work properly

I've FPGA board CycloneIII 3C25. I want to explore and build nios2 based system, but i faced a problem - cannot download any elf. file to my nios system "Connected system ID hash not found on target...

Do you have a System ID component in your SOPC builder system? If not, you need to disable the System ID checks.

Is the reset signal correctly connected to your SOPC system? Is the reset signal stuck in the reset state?
