Freq NIOS2 that needs nios2 to work properly

I've FPGA board CycloneIII 3C25. I want to explore and build nios2 based system, but i faced a problem - cannot download any elf. file to my nios system "Connected system ID hash not found on target...

Thank you for your answer, kevin.

I've resoldered my board and now fpga external freq is 50 MHz, but nothing has changed.

I have a fault - eclipse couldn't recognize processor id and timestamp this elements are always not found, so i can't download any elf file into the Cyclone III.

I use Qii 10.1sp1 web edition and the same edition of NIOSII SBT.

I download sof, and my board is always connected to host pc but no processor id or timestamp found.

what might cause the problem?
