Fix Paths with NIOS II Eclipse Projects when switching Operating System

Hi,

I followed the guide http://www.labbookpages.co.uk/fpgas/alterahowtos/simpleniosii.html and added the NIOS II JTAG port. It works with my dev-board.

I did this on a Linux pc. If I now want to copy the project to a Windows pc the Eclipse IDE will not let me compile because the paths to the pertaining files are defined as /home/mongoq/projects/simpleNIOSII/...

How can I fix this?
