Failed to connect to target via jtag, on niosii 10.0sp1, windows7

Hello,

Trying to launch the Hello World project + its BSP, based on custom sopcinfo fails.

I'm working on above WindowsXP. I've run the project with uC-OSII and without OS, it fails the same.

How could I fix this problem?
