External 8 and 16bit sram

Dear all

I want to know how to use sopc builder and which ip should I use to interface my nios II to a 8 or 16bit external sram.And I also want to use nios ide 10,but I think it does not support byte blaster anymore!?Am I right?

Is there any way around that?
