I am trying to implement a simple socket server in the Arria V GX starter board. I have implemented the NIOS II processor in the Quartus prime standard 17.1. During board testing the auto negotiation fails. I am attaching the Nios II processor debug log for reference.

I uploaded the project file for your reference. I have changed the SGDMA IP to Multi scatter gather DMA in the design.
