ERROR: /quartus/sopc_builder/bin/sopc_builder: line 2: /usr/bin/perl: Permission deni

Hello,

I installt Quartus 10.0 and Nios 2 10.0.

I Want to build a Projekt witch worked fine under Win XP. In Windows 7 I get following error: 

C:/Altera/Install/Quartus_10.0/quartus/sopc_builder/bin/sopc_builder: line 2: /usr/bin/perl: Permission denied
make: ***  Error 1
Build completed in 2.4 seconds

What can I do?

I tried to run Nios as Administrator, I checkt the write permissions of the files.

Nothing worked, always the same error.

    I'm going to take a wild guess and assume you have some sort of anti-virus program installed. If so I would recommend disabling it and re-installing the tools. There were known issues with the 10.0 installer and anti-virus programs. I ran into these myself (on Windows 7 running NOD4) but haven't seen the same issue in 10.1

    Thank you very much, that was the problem!!!

    I use Avast anti Virus.
