EMAC interface RGMII1 HPS on LINUX

With KIT: NANO ATLAS DE0

I am currently creating a TXT file with data captured from LW AXI ( as a simple example: NCO FPGA ) directly into Linux.

I intend to send this data through EMAC RGMII1 as UDP packets.

I do not now how do I get it to work : directly from the C code in Linux ( ARM DS - 5 ) , or how.

Any suggestions ?
