    Hi, Jo ra

    May I know which OS you are running ? and what is your PC environment, e.g. RAM memory, physical disk etc. ?

    Thanks.

    Hi, Jo ra

    Can you check if you meet the following criteria:

    Disk space: A full installation of the Intel FPGA Complete Design Suite v17.1 requires approximately 14GB of available disk space on the drive or partition where you are installing the software.

    If you are running the Bitdefender antivirus software, you should temporarily disable the software during the Quartus Prime software download and installation process.

    Starting with Intel Quartus Prime Software version 14.0, Intel FPGA software only supports 64 bit versions of the OS listed below. The 32-bit library files are required to run the software on Linux* 64-bit platforms.

    * Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.11 (64 bit)

    * Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.8 (64 bit)

    * Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.3 (64 bit)

    * SUSE SLE 12

    * Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS (64 bit)

    * Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS (64 bit)

    Nios II EDS(Standard and Pro) are not supported under Windows Server 2012 R2 SP1, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.11 or 7.3, SUSE, or Ubuntu.

    * Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.3 only supports KDE Desktop Manager

    You can find more info about Quartus 17.1 at https://www.intel.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_US/others/download/os-support/readme-qp171.txt

    Please let me know if you still have encountered problem.

    Thanks.

    Eric
