Honored ContributorIt looks like the location where it is looking for may not be right. Try pointing to where the files are. For quartus 15:
C:\altera\15.0\ip\altera\university_program\audio_video\altera_up_avalon_character_lcd\HAL\inc I'm not sure if that will work though. Good luck.
