DE2-70 LCD problem

Hi everbody;

I am using DE2-70 board with Quartus II 8.0 and "altera_up_avalon_character_lcd.h"

and register files etc. are missing so i have no files about LCD.

Can somebody send me these files which are necessary to drive LCD.
