De1-SoC Linux Ubuntu Desktop - quartus project

Hi

I have De1-Soc board and I downloaded Linux Ubuntu Desktop image from 2015-06-26. If I set MSEL to 00000 it runs properly but If I want to configure FPGA from Quartus (I use DE1_SOC_Linux_FB demonstration) and change MSEL to 01010 it not works. What Altera project should I use as a base of my project?

    The Ubuntu image settings in the uboot configures the FPGA using FPPx16, which is why the MSEL 010101 (for FPPx32) does not work. If you just want to configure FPGA from Quartus (without needing the HPS part) - just use the USB Blaster cable that comes with DE1-SoC
