DDR3 address mapping query

I have a design which includes NIOS, DDR3 EMIF, JTAG UART, On-chip memory. I have made connections in qsys and assigned address automatically. I am getting out of memory issue for the connection between NIOS and DDR3 (0x00000000=0x3FFFFFFF). Is there any way to get rid of this?
