CycloneVRGMIIExampleDesign not working

http://rocketboards.org/foswiki/view/projects/cyclonevrgmiiexampledesign any one use this example above? i seems not working so well and power up failed and crash eventually

this example is intended for a special kernel tag.. you did not follow the guide correctly..
