Cyclone V 5CSEBA2 Thermal Configuration

Hello,

First of all I want to verify if I can attach an heat sink to this FPGA.

Second, I have the thermal resistances of this component, Rjc=3.4°C/W and Rjb=7.5°C/W. If this FPGA can be attached to heat speareder, does the Rjc resistance is the resistance from the junction to top?
