bsp file creation error in quartus II 13.0 for cyclone II

hi

i have created a nios II application and BSP template (TEST)using SOPC and while tried to build the project its showing errors

"[../TEST_bsp/-recurs-make-lib] Error 2".

"[obj/HAL/src/alt_alarm_start.o] Error 1"

i was using quartus II 13.0 version with cyclone II fpga. how can i resolve this problem?
