Axi lite device tree support for usage

Hi this feature had already come with 15.1. please go and update this, as the latest version already included this device tree

it is better you update the soceds to 15.1 and get the DTS reference from the rocketboards.org. do take note of the syntax, as there is a little different compared to 13.1. Is include the clock parameter as i aware.
