Angstrom on DE1-SoC

Hi,

I'm trying to configure/install Angstrom v2014.12 to run on a DE1-SoC ideally with a v3.13 Kernel. Can anyone point me to some instructions? I've tried Rocketboards but found that most instructions are out of date on that site ad there does not seem to be much activity.
