Altera Template Web Server errors

Hello Users,

I'm new hear and have a little question. I Have Quartus 10.1Sp1 and NIOS II 10.1 Sp1

just a little Question:

I will compile the "Template Web Server from Altera", but this makes some Problems. My Problem is,that takes some errors in the Comilation:

in the alt_sys_init.c and triple_speed_ethernet_iniche.h :

(1) 'triple_speed_ethernet_if' redeclared as different kind of symbol

(2) expected '=', ',', ';', 'asm' or '__attribute__' before 'triple_speed_ethernet_if'

why came this Problems? this files are standart Library files from altera.
