5CSEBA2 Cyclone V SOC HPS-DDR3 w/ECC

Trying to find more information on which pins to use for the 8 bit ECC. I am expecting to see 40 DQ pins on the device, but I only see 0-31 DQ pins available on the 5CSEBA2 Cyclone V SoC. Does this package not support 32 bit data with 8 bit ECC for external DDR3?

    For those who were wondering the same thing, the 6xx pin device supports 8 bit ECC on the DDR3 controller and the 4xx pin device does not. Go Big or Go Home.
