    Hi TSUGI,

     

    The Bank Group will be determined by the IP automatically based on the memory clock frequency.

    If the frequency is set to >= 1600MHz, then the BG Mode will be used.

    If the frequency is set to < 1600MHz, then the 16B Mode will be used.
