We would like Altera help process further FA for 1pcs FPGA:EP2AGX45CU17I3G.

Flex Zhuhai site encountered 1pcs ORT failure after running about 170 hours. It only failed at high temperature corner(65°C) . The unit

failed in Traf test. (Fiber test fail, occurred at Port 19 & Port 20).
