Simple CVI -> CVO System

Hello,

As the title implies, I am trying to design a simple pass-thru using the CVI and CVO components.

I have a 1080p input with proper porches, actives etc; yet, I see incorrect timing parameters on the output of the CVO. For example I see a vertical front porch that is nowhere near what it should be (~30 versus 4).

The video on the monitor looks good however, yet the format it nothing close to HD.

Any suggestions on where to look?

Edit: This is in version 10.1 of SOPC/Quartus/VIP. When trying the mode change via directly writing the CVO registers, there is no response even though the mode register indicates a match...
