Thank you for the new license file.
I made some tests.
1/ Copied complete your license instead of previous SeliatLite license.
Quartus gives the error:
Error (292027): Specified license does not contain information required to run the Quartus Prime software.
2/ Copied only following lines your license instead of previous SeliatLite license.\:

The error message is:

Error (10003): Can't open encrypted VHDL or Verilog HDL file "D:/AADirectory/A_PROJEKTY/CONS_EL/SMAG/DSAM400_ADCU_NDL/source/HSL_STREAM/SL2_STREAM/IP/SL2_MU_slite2_top.v" -- current license file does not contain a valid license for encrypted file
The firmware is originally written and compiled with Quartus 16.1
So, please help me solve the problem
