Return Un-used product that was delivered damaged. (5AGXFB5K4F40I3G )

Hello Intel team.

Case # 05752564

Purchased Altera 5AGXFB5K4F40I3G from Arrow Electronics. Damaged components received. Looking for assistance to create request for return (replacement or credit options, etc) Arrow stated to work directly with Intel.

(Uncertain of the location/board field above)
